Our elected officials side up with their colors, resisting compromise, while more senseless killings occur each day. Can we not do better?

Guns are a very polarizing topic in America. And because of this, not much is agreed upon on how to reduce gun related deaths. For a second, perhaps, if one could see it in a different light, from a different side - might we not be able to come to some understanding, some agreement, that will mend our divide and reduce senseless deaths in our nation?
And so look at your reflection in our country, and then see it differently. Perhaps you can consider what will help bridge this divide.
